The invention discloses a TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) composite fabric for a large oil bag or water bag. The TPU composite fabric comprises a polyester type TPU mask layer, a first glue adhesive layer, a fiber-cloth layer, a second glue adhesive layer and a polyether TPU base film layer in sequence from top to bottom, wherein the fiber-cloth layer is subjected to corona treatment. The TPU composite fabric disclosed by the invention has the advantages that a polyester type TPU material is modified, and two types of materials, namely ternary ethylene-propylene rubber and polycarbodiimide, are mixed with polyester type TPU to manufacture a thin film, so that the TPU composite fabric has strong oil resistance and hydrolysis resistance; by combination with the polyether type TPU thin film, the oil resistance and the hydrolysis resistance of the composite fabric are further enhanced; simultaneously, by combination with a PUR (Polyurethane) hot-melt adhesive after the fiber cloth is treated by electric rolls, the peeling strength of the composite fabric is enhanced, so that the composite fabric is good in comprehensive property and can be used for manufacturing the oil bag or the water bag.
