Univar Acquires Polymer Technologies, a Maker of UV/EB Curable Chemistries for Adhesives

　　Univar Inc. (NYSE: UNVR) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Univar Ltd. (“Univar”) has acquired all of the outstanding stock of Polymer Technologies Ltd., a U.K.-based developer and distributor of unique UV/EB curable chemistries used to formulate environmentally responsible paints, inks, and adhesives.
