Omnova to Present Water-based Acrylic PSAs at Label Expo

FAIRLAWN, OHIO -- Omnova Solutions introduces a line of writeable non-silicone based release coatings. These release coatings and other new polymers will be featured at Label Expo, September 11-13, 2012, Chicago, IL Booth # 3618.

Omnovas Suncryl provide writability in a non-silicone based release coatings. They offer solvent resistance, low temperature cure, medium release and excellent age results with hot melt adhesives.

Omnova Solutions offers water based acrylic Pressure Sensitive Adhesives (NovaCryl) and release coatings (Suncryl) for the production of paper and film based tapes and labels. In addition, Wingstay L phenolic antioxidants protect and stabilize polymers during the high temperature processing of pressure sensitive adhesives. Wingstay L antioxidants also provide protection of finished goods in high temperature environments.

Omnovas Decorative Products division will be displaying highly engineered films at the Label Expo, suitable for PSA skid resistant applications, as well as textured vinyl films and decorative laminates.
