Fenzi Group Acquires Kadmar, a Poland-based Butyl Sealant Manufacturer
Recently Kadmar -- a chemical company in Jaworzno, southern Poland, specialized in the production of polysulphide, polyurethane, hot-melt and butyl sealants for insulating glass -- officially joined the Fenzi Group.With its complete range of sealants, Kadmar is a driving force in Eastern Europe.This is a strategic move for both firms, as confirmed by Alessandro Fenzi ? CEO of the Group: The Kadmar manufacturing plant is very efficient, well-organized and productive, and its costings are competitive. From a chemical standpoint, the company’s products are appealing.
