TSRC Corporation announced that it has successfully completed the acquisition of Dexco Polymers LP ("Dexco"). Dexco is a global leader in Styrene-Isoprene-Styrene ("SIS") block copolymers and Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene ("SBS") block copolymers, collectively known as Styrene Block Copolymers ("SBCs").
