Dow Corning to Present its Range of Structural Sealants at 21st Aluminum Window Door Facade Expo
Shanghai, China -- Dow Corning, a global leader in silicones, silicon-based technologies and innovation, is in Guangzhou to present its products and support services at the 21st Aluminum Window Door Facade Expo. The company is displaying its innovative solutions for high performance Facades to building designers and construction management, as well as promotes its comprehensive project management system.
Established in 1995, Aluminum Window Door Facade Expo is China’s first expo for the window, door and Facade industry. This annual trade fair showcases the latest technologies and products in Facade systems, structure sealants, aluminum profiles, and building glass from across Asia and the world. Dow Corning has been an exhibitor at the expo for more than ten years.

The newly completed 632-meter-high Shanghai Tower is an excellent project to demonstrate Dow Corning’s various critical roles during the years of construction. Besides providing innovative and high quality products, the company acted as a trainer, giving product and technology training from the beginning; as an consultant to review all blueprints related to window or Facade designs, a laboratory inspector to test material performance, and a supervisor to ensure the application procedure was strictly in line with building regulations, all of which were essential to the successful installation of an 80,000-square-meter curtain wall.
